Privacy Policy

Short version: I only collect what you choose to send me through the quote form, I use it to talk to you about your project, and I don't sell it or track you.
Who this is
This site, site! by Ginola (“I”, “me”), is operated by an independent web designer. For any privacy question or request, email schattorieg@gmail.com.
What I collect
The only place this site collects personal information is the quote / contact form. When you submit it, I receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Optionally, the URL of your existing website
You provide this voluntarily. If you don't submit the form, this site doesn't collect personal information about you.
The chat box
The “ask anything” chat is a simple keyword tool that runs entirely in your browser. Your messages are not sent to me, stored, or shared with anyone. They disappear when you close the page.
What I don't do
- No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising networks.
- No cookies for tracking or profiling.
- I never sell, rent, or trade your information.
How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To scope, build, and deliver your project if we work together.
- To communicate with you about that work.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored using Supabase, a third-party database and hosting provider, on my behalf. This means your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. I share your information only with this infrastructure provider, or where I'm legally required to.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete enquiry details once they're no longer needed, and within 24 months at the latest. If we do work together, I keep what's reasonably needed for the project and basic business records.
Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted. Email schattorieg@gmail.com and I'll action it within a reasonable time.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
